This report presents key insights from an intergenerational dialogue convened by Women’s Learning Partnership and Project Dandelion, bringing together women and gender-diverse leaders from across the Global South to reflect on the outcomes of COP30 and the direction of climate leadership moving into 2026 and beyond. Grounded in lived experience and diverse forms of expertise, the discussion highlights persistent structural gaps in climate governance, including challenges related to finance, implementation, and equitable participation. It also outlines a set of shared priorities, ranging from strengthening accountability and advancing a just transition to supporting intergenerational collaboration and community-rooted leadership. As both an analytical reflection and a forward-looking resource, the report offers valuable perspectives for those working to advance more inclusive and effective climate action.
