Whistleblower Policy: WLP is committed to high standards of ethical, moral and legal business conduct. In line with this commitment, this policy aims to provide an avenue for employees to raise concerns and be assured that they will be protected from reprisals or victimization for whistle blowing. The whistle blowing policy is intended to provide protection for any employee if she or he raises concerns regarding WLP, such as: Incorrect financial reporting or financial fraud or unlawful activity or activities, which otherwise amount to serious improper conduct. Harassment or victimization for reporting concerns will not be tolerated. Every effort will be made to treat the complainant’s identity confidential. However, this policy encourages employees to put their name to allegations so that appropriate follow up questions are possible. Allegations in bad faith may result in disciplinary action. Serious concerns such as the issues listed above may be reported through this form.
