Summary

A documentary consisting of profiles of four women peace activists from around the world. Each profile gives the personal story of the activist and how she came to be involved in peacebuilding, her goals, and her dreams for the future. The women profiled and their home countries are Shreen Abdul Saroor (Sri Lanka), Zarina Salamat (Pakistan), Luz Mendez (Guatemala), and Christina Thorpe (Sierra Leone).

The documentary was produced in the context of an eight week residency at the Joan B. Kroc Institute Women Peace Makers Program, meant to document and preserve their experiences.
