Summary

Developed in cooperation with Bahrain Women’s Association, this manual includes interactive lessons that emphasize creativity, knowledge-sharing, and building partnerships. The goal of the workshops is to help girls develop greater self-confidence, learn how to communicate effectively, build leadership skills, and identify areas where they can exercise leadership. With the skills they learn, participants are able to brainstorm solutions to challenges in their communities, and develop action plans for implementing those solutions.
