Summary

This study, carried out by the Democratic Association of Women in Morocco (ADFM), analyzes and interprets judgments issued by the Court of Cassation in matters of application of the Family Code.

Chapter 1: The first part addresses the age of marriage, marriage recognition, and polygamy.
