Summary

This study, carried out by the Democratic Association of Women in Morocco (ADFM), analyzes and interprets judgments issued by the Court of Cassation in matters of application of the Family Code.

Chapter 1: The first part addresses the age of marriage, marriage recognition, and polygamy.

Chapter 2: Part 2 examines the financial implications of divorce and separation.

Chapter 3: The third chapter covers legal representation and related issues. 

Conclusion: The study presents recommendations to various legal bodies including legislative institutions, the Minister of Justice, and the Court of Cassation.
