Summary

This Argument Map is a strategic resource designed to support justice institutions at all levels in upholding and expanding sexual and reproductive rights guaranteed under Brazilian law. It aims to strengthen dialogue with the Judiciary, broaden the community of legal and institutional defenders of these rights, and provide grounded legal arguments to counter fundamentalist narratives that conflict with national legislation and Brazil’s international human rights obligations.
