Puberty and adolescence are complex periods in a person's life, when they undergo physical and emotional changes. Therefore, access to quality information, health services, and support networks are crucial to positively influence how each individual experiences this phase of life. 

The purpose of this manual is to bring together diverse and easy to use tools to educate adolescents on various topics such as: body changes, sexuality, relationships, reproductive health, and self care. These themes elicit confusion and anxiety, but are often silenced due to a lack of safe spaces for such discussions. 

The activities and workshops in this manual are designed for children and teenagers, aged 10 to 14, and mainly (but not only) in a situation of social vulnerability. However, the manual is aimed at anyone and everyone who wants to open it and
want to share its content through workshops and meetings.
