Nationality

The Convention on the Nationality of Married Women was established to address conflicts in nationality laws arising from provisions that dictated changes in a woman's nationality due to marriage, divorce, or her husband's change of nationality during marriage. It grants women the right to adopt their husband's nationality based on their own choice but does not impose this requirement.

The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC or UNCRC) is an international treaty outlining the civil, political, economic, social, health, and cultural rights of children under 18, unless national law sets an earlier age.
