Best Practices for Building Organizational Capacity Toolkit (manual, English)
This toolkit provides hands-on lessons for the leadership and staff of CSOs to increase their overall effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability, in order to achieve their strategic goals. The toolkit is divided into three modules that can be used together or as standalone lessons:
- Budgeting and Financial Systems;
- Principles of Monitoring and Evaluation; and
- Grant Management from A to Z
The modules are suitable for internal staff trainings, strategic planning, and program development, and can be used in workshops or for e-training.
