Feminist Leadership

WLP cultivates women leaders who influence decision-making at every level, from families and communities to national and global arenas. Through our linguistically and contextually adapted curriculum, women strengthen communication skills, engage in constructive dialogue, and apply collective problem-solving skills essential for leadership.
Our training workshops, mentoring programs, and learning tools support women to run for office, advocate for policy change, challenge restrictive social norms, and build economic independence, which lead to inclusive democratic participation and strengthened human rights advocacy across contexts.
Rights, Safety, & Resilience

WLP supports women to protect their rights, safety, and livelihoods in contexts shaped by crisis, displacement, climate change, and shrinking civic space. By placing women at the center of climate justice and community safety, we help ensure that they can respond to risk, recover from harm, and lead solutions.
Our survivor centered approaches and cross-border networks support women confronting violence, navigating instability, and rebuilding security, while strengthening community-driven responses that promote dignity, protection, and resilience.
Movement Building
Legal reform | Youth activism | Feminist knowledge and narrative power
WLP fuels women-led movements that transform laws, norms, and narratives. Through advocacy for legal reform, mentorship of emerging leaders, and sustained investment in youth activism, we help feminist movements grow stronger across generations.
Our work also builds feminist knowledge and narrative power that documents women’s leadership, resistance, and organizing across the Global South. By preserving movement knowledge and amplifying feminist leadership, WLP turns experience into strategy and ensures that hard-won lessons strengthen collective action across generations.
