Nosotras, en la Asociación de Mujeres para el Aprendizaje (WLP por sus siglas en inglés), nos sumamos a las muchas organizaciones y particulares de todo el mundo para pedir al Consejo de Seguridad de las Naciones Unidas y a la comunidad internacional, a que tomen las medidas necesarias para proteger los derechos humanos y las necesidades humanitarias del pueblo de Afganistán.

The calls for women’s human rights in Iran and Afghanistan require coordinated action by the international community. On March 10, as part of the UN Commission on the Status of Women NGO Forum, WLP will brought together Iranian and Afghan women leaders to share ways to assist movements for women’s rights inside and outside the countries.
