Summary

In July 2025, Women’s Learning Partnership (WLP) convened leaders from 16 partner countries in Casablanca, Morocco to mark 25 years as transnational feminist partnership. Over four days, partners reflected on past achievements, examined current global challenges, and co-created strategies for the future of feminist movement-building.

This report, developed from the discussions and outcomes of the TPC, captures:

1. Key discussions on feminist resilience amid shrinking democratic spaces, rising authoritarianism, conflict, and climate crisis.
2. Collective strategies to advance political participation, economic empowerment, family law reform, and feminist crisis response.
3. Commitments to intergenerational leadership, climate justice, narrative reclamation, and sustaining movements through collective care and resource mobilization.
4. Visions for the future of transnational feminist solidarity rooted in dignity, equality, and justice.

This report offers insights, strategies, and commitments from TPC 2025 to inform and inspire feminist movement-building across borders.
