To celebrate the Nowruz holiday, the Foundation for Iranian Studies with Women's Learning Partnership invites you to the virtual event, "Night of the Wolf: How Iran’s Innovative Vaccine Defeated Rabies." Dr. Amir A. Afkhami will discuss Iran's modern biomedical experience, beginning with the story of a critical breakthrough in rabies treatment in the 1950s, giving a historical context to Iran’s current COVID-19 and vaccine controversies and challenges.
