Chelsea Mertz (USA) is the Program Associate for Technology at WLP. She assists in the management of WLP’s technical portfolio, including the Learning Center and digital archives. Previously, Chelsea worked at Rotary International where she managed their suite of online project management tools. In 2015, she obtained an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics, building on a previous master's degree in Human Rights obtained from LSE. She is a recipient of the Rotary Foundation’s Global Grant Scholarship funding graduate-level academic studies. From 2010 to 2012, she served in Malawi as a program director for women's empowerment projects with the U.S. Peace Corps. She graduated with a BA from the University of Kansas in political science in 2010.
