Marfua Tokhtakhodjaeva, WLP Uzbekistan/Tashkent Women's Resource Center (TWRC) (closed by the Uzbek government in 2006), describes TWRC actions that triggered the organization's closing by an increasingly authoritarian Uzbek government, and the cooperation between different women's rights NGOs in Central Asia.
