Prominent Indian politician and feminist Najma Heptullah discusses topics including feminism and the women's movement in India, the effects of the 73rd and 74th amendments to the Indian constitution on women's leadership at the local government and grassroots levels, the importance of women in economic development, and the differences between men's and women's styles of leadership.
