Summary

The Family Law of Mozambique of 2004, Law No. 10, defines family relationship and establishes certain rights of the family. Also discussed in in the law are: divorce and dissolution of marriage, child support in the case of divorce, polygamy, employment discrimination, forced and early marriage, gender discrimination, and property and inheritance rights.
