From March 14-25, WLP and our partners will participate in the United Nation's 66th Commission on the Status of Women by hosting parallel events on the themes of women's leadership and climate justice. This year you can attend WLP’s CSW66 parallel events from anywhere in the world. The NGO CSW66 Forum will be held virtually and we invite you to attend events hosted by WLP and our partners.
Feminist Leadership to Save our Planet: A Dialogue Across Borders and Generations

WLP will bring together climate and gender activists from four continents for a global dialogue on climate justice. The event will explore how to address the injustices faced by women and other marginalized communities due to environmental degradation and ways to support women-led climate initiatives at the local, national, and international levels. Panelists will discuss new leadership structures needed to save our communities from catastrophic climate disasters and ensure the knowledge of women, indigenous populations, and young people are central to building safe and sustainable futures for us all.
